Understand what AI can do
And above all what it cannot do reliably.
Discovery workshopAI training tailored to your business helps teams choose the right use cases, verify answers and protect sensitive information. Exercises use real work situations to build useful and lasting practices.
Discovering an AI tool and using it effectively at work are two different things. Successful AI adoption means choosing relevant business use cases, practising with real situations and setting shared rules for verification, human control and confidential information. This applies to existing tools as well as custom AI solutions.
Effective AI training starts from your teams' real work rather than a generic tour of tools. These are the most common objectives for building useful, responsible and lasting practices.
And above all what it cannot do reliably.
Discovery workshopIdentify the tasks where AI brings a gain you can verify.
Business sessionGet a usable answer rather than a vague one.
Hands-on trainingSpot an error, an invention or a missing piece of information.
Team supportKnow which data can be shared, and where.
Internal usage rulesSet common rules for the whole team.
Internal usage rulesUse the tool we built the way it was designed to be used.
Solution onboardingPeople able to spread the practice inside the company.
Champion trainingA well-trained team is not one that knows the most tools, but one that uses AI on the right tasks, checks every important answer and follows clear rules for sensitive information.
No certification is issued, and no funding scheme is assumed.
New working habits develop in the weeks after an AI training session. Follow-up, internal champions and updated learning materials help teams turn knowledge into lasting practice.
A later meeting to work through what blocked people in practice.
The people spreading the practice internally keep their support.
Tools move fast: material and examples are reviewed.
Further tasks are examined as the team progresses.
Tell us how your teams currently use AI. We define a realistic training and adoption programme based on their level, your business needs and your confidentiality requirements.
No. We adapt the starting point: a team that has never used these tools works first on understanding and verification, before moving to more advanced uses.
Not necessarily. We work with the tools approved in your company. If you have none yet, we help choose according to your uses and your confidentiality constraints.
One session is enough to understand, not to change habits. Adoption is measured over several weeks, with a follow-up and internal champions. We do not promise an immediate productivity gain.
No. Workshops can cover general AI uses and tools approved in your company, independently of a development project.
We adapt exercises, vocabulary and progression to participants. Objectives, duration and included materials are specified in the proposal.
Yes. An AI solution relies on paid services — AI models, hosting, automation platforms, software connections — billed by subscription for as long as it runs. Synode never absorbs these costs. You choose: either you take our support service and we handle running, monitoring and maintenance for a recurring payment set out in the contract; or you do not, the solution is delivered and deployed, and you subscribe to and pay those services directly with the providers. In both cases the amounts are estimated before work starts.
