Not necessarily. We first look at how to work with your existing tools. Depending on their integration options and your needs, we can connect them, extend them or suggest a more suitable solution.
The price depends on the project, its features and its complexity. We start with a free conversation to understand your need before preparing a tailored proposal. Any recurring costs are stated as well.
Yes. An AI solution relies on paid services — AI models, hosting, automation platforms — billed by subscription for as long as it runs. Synode never absorbs these costs. Either you take our support service and we handle running, monitoring and maintenance for a recurring payment set out in the contract; or you subscribe to and pay those services directly with the providers. Amounts are estimated before work starts.
We begin by understanding your need. We then assess feasibility, prepare a proposal, build the solution and support its go-live.
Confidentiality and access control are built in from the design stage. The tools and services involved, along with how data is handled, are defined according to your project requirements.
Yes. Synode runs, monitors and maintains your AI solution under the terms set out in the contract. Technical costs and significant changes are defined separately.
