AdministrativeBusiness process automation reduces the repetitive tasks that take up your teams' time. Requests, documents and approvals move automatically between your software according to your own rules, while ambiguous cases remain subject to human review.
Intelligent automation connects your business software, rules and data to run repetitive process steps automatically. Artificial intelligence is used only when the workflow must understand text, classify a request or extract information, while straightforward rules remain deterministic and under control.
Business process automation is useful wherever teams repeat the same task under the same rules. These are the most common starting points for an intelligent automation project.

SalesTrigger a reminder based on a deadline or a missing reply.
OperationsConsolidate activity data at a regular interval.
ReportingAlert a team in their own tool when a case needs a decision.
NotificationsBusiness process automation works with the software your company already uses. It moves information between your tools and takes over the repetitive steps in between, without imposing a new way of working on your teams.
Original files are kept, and every run leaves a record you can consult.
An automated workflow is never set in stone: your business rules change, volumes grow and software gets updated. After go-live, we monitor how the workflow runs and adapt it whenever your business needs it to.
Failures, blockages and unusual queues are detected.
Cases that left the flow are reviewed, then folded into the rules if useful.
An update to a connected system can require adjusting the flow.
Processed volumes and platform costs stay visible.
Describe a repetitive task your team performs every week. We assess whether it can be automated reliably, which tools must be connected and which exceptions require human review.
No. An automation builds on your existing tools and their access. We check what is available before proposing a scope, and we only replace a tool when that is genuinely justified.
They are never guessed. A case that does not match the agreed rules leaves the flow and is flagged to a person. That is an important part of scoping.
A simple flow between two well-documented tools is quick. A process with many exceptions takes more scoping than development. The time is estimated after analysis.
No. A deterministic rule is often preferable for a calculation or transfer. AI is used where understanding or classifying information provides verifiable value.
We define notifications, retry options and duplicate checks. Monitoring and included interventions are specified in the contract.
Yes. An AI solution relies on paid services — AI models, hosting, automation platforms, software connections — billed by subscription for as long as it runs. Synode never absorbs these costs. You choose: either you take our support service and we handle running, monitoring and maintenance for a recurring payment set out in the contract; or you do not, the solution is delivered and deployed, and you subscribe to and pay those services directly with the providers. In both cases the amounts are estimated before work starts.
