Conversational agentYour teams spend less time looking for information and drafting replies. An AI agent works inside your tools, within a scope you define, and you keep control of what matters.
An AI assistant helps your teams search, draft, summarise or make use of information faster. An AI agent goes further: connected to your data and your business software, it can analyse a request, carry out a sequence of steps and perform actions under defined rules, while keeping a level of control that suits your business.
These are the uses we meet most often in business. Your need may be different: it is scoped around your own processes.

Custom agentAn AI agent does not replace your working environment, it plugs into it. It reads and writes in the software your teams already use, with the access rights you grant.
Access is limited to what is necessary. Sensitive actions remain subject to human approval.
An agent lives in an environment that moves: your documents, rules and tools all change. Here is what we handle after go-live.
We watch runs, errors and cases that fall outside the intended scope.
Answers and actions are corrected from your users' feedback.
Documents and access are kept current so the agent stays reliable.
AI model consumption stays visible and is estimated before any change.
Describe one specific task that takes your team's time. The first conversation checks whether an AI agent can genuinely help, and on what terms.
A chatbot answers inside a chat window. An AI agent is connected to your tools: it can search your data, prepare a document or create a task, within a defined scope. Conversation is only one of the ways to trigger it.
That is the point. We first check the access actually available in your CRM, mailbox or document spaces, then restrict the agent to the operations it needs.
It depends on the scope, the quality of your documentation and the available access. An AI agent limited to one task is faster to deliver than an agent acting across several systems. We estimate the time after scoping.
Only for actions explicitly authorised in the agreed scope. Sensitive actions can require approval before execution. We define the level of control together.
We can restrict the sources and show references. This does not eliminate errors: testing, uncertainty responses and appropriate review remain necessary.
Yes. An AI solution relies on paid services — AI models, hosting, automation platforms, software connections — billed by subscription for as long as it runs. Synode never absorbs these costs. You choose: either you take our support service and we handle running, monitoring and maintenance for a recurring payment set out in the contract; or you do not, the solution is delivered and deployed, and you subscribe to and pay those services directly with the providers. In both cases the amounts are estimated before work starts.
