Connect your site to your CRM

Website and formsSoftware integration eliminates duplicate entry and keeps data up to date across your CRM, ERP, website, APIs and databases. Each connected system retains a clear role, with an agreed source of record.
Software integration allows two business applications to exchange data such as a contact, status, order or document. It eliminates duplicate entry and keeps information consistent. Automation organises the steps of a process, while an integration moves data between tools. The two often work together but serve different purposes.
A software integration is useful whenever the same business information exists in several tools. These are the most common connections between websites, CRM, ERP, APIs and databases.

ERP and managementAuthorised data from several systems lands in one place.
SaaS toolsA third-party service is used inside your processes, with its limits.
Third-party APIsIdentify matches, gaps and duplicates.
DatabasesEnd manual re-keying between two applications.
Mail and calendarsKeep a log of transfers, errors and retries.
Document spacesThe goal is not to add another tool, but to synchronise data between your existing business systems. Your teams keep working in their usual software with reliable, up-to-date information.
Each exchange is limited to the data required, and logged so it can be checked.
A software connection relies on APIs, formats and third-party services that change over time. After go-live, we monitor exchanges, errors, quotas and any technical change that could affect synchronisation.
Transfer errors and outages are detected quickly.
A change on the vendor's side can require adapting the connection.
Differences between two systems are spotted and corrected.
Volumes, quotas and the cost of connected services stay visible.
Tell us which information your teams copy from one tool to another. We assess the available APIs, access rights and the most reliable integration approach.
Sometimes. Some vendors reserve API access for certain plans, or charge by volume. We identify those conditions during scoping, so they are not discovered mid-project.
The transfer is queued rather than lost, then replayed under the agreed rules. Failures stay visible, and duplicates are checked on retry.
Often yes, through its database, an export or a dedicated gateway. The approach depends on what the system actually exposes and on the permissions available.
No. Some offer no suitable access or require a subscription with limits. We check these conditions before confirming scope.
Not necessarily. Frequency depends on the need and the tools’ capabilities. It is defined alongside recovery rules for interruptions.
Yes. An AI solution relies on paid services — AI models, hosting, automation platforms, software connections — billed by subscription for as long as it runs. Synode never absorbs these costs. You choose: either you take our support service and we handle running, monitoring and maintenance for a recurring payment set out in the contract; or you do not, the solution is delivered and deployed, and you subscribe to and pay those services directly with the providers. In both cases the amounts are estimated before work starts.
