Bring scattered data together
Gather what lives across several tools and files today.
Data centralisationData analysis and dashboards turn scattered information into reliable indicators for managing your business. Your data is centralised, checked and made readable, while forecasts are always distinguished from recorded figures.
Business data analysis turns scattered information into reliable decision-making tools. Sources are connected, inconsistencies corrected and performance indicators defined with your teams before being displayed in clear dashboards. When the available history supports it, forecasting, scoring or recommendations can be added without confusing estimates with recorded facts.
The goal of data intelligence is not to produce more charts, but to answer concrete business questions with reliable indicators. These are the most common data analysis use cases.
Gather what lives across several tools and files today.
Data centralisationCurrent indicators, with no manual export or rework.
Business dashboardRead a trend over a consistent, checked history.
Activity analysisFlag an unusual gap that deserves a look.
Anomaly detectionAn explainable score proposes an order you can override.
ScoringEstimate a load or a restock where the history allows it.
ForecastingFind something by meaning, not only by keyword.
Semantic searchOne definition of each indicator, for every team.
Data qualityYour business data already exists across management software, spreadsheets and online tools. We centralise it, verify its quality and turn it into dashboards your teams can use to make decisions.
The quality of the available data decides what can be claimed. We say so before delivering a figure.
Business data changes continuously as sources, formats and definitions evolve. We monitor feeds, data quality, models and key performance indicators after go-live.
An interrupted or incomplete source is detected before it is read.
Gaps and outliers are tracked over time.
An estimate is re-evaluated regularly, and corrected if it drifts.
Definitions are adjusted when your activity changes.
Tell us which business decision you currently make without a reliable figure. We assess the available data, its quality and the dashboard or analysis it can support.
Not for a dashboard: your existing data simply has to be accessible and consistent. For a forecast or a score, volume, quality and depth of history matter, and we examine them before committing.
Not outside the scope agreed with you. Usage conditions, access and the technical services involved are written into the proposal before work starts.
A forecast is an estimate, evaluated on past data and presented with its limits. It can support a decision but does not replace it, and we never present it as a certainty.
Not always usefully. We examine volume, quality and representativeness. A reliable dashboard or improved collection may be the recommended first step.
Not by default. Its role, criteria and limits must be understood. It can prioritise human review; more consequential uses need specific scoping.
Yes. An AI solution relies on paid services — AI models, hosting, automation platforms, software connections — billed by subscription for as long as it runs. Synode never absorbs these costs. You choose: either you take our support service and we handle running, monitoring and maintenance for a recurring payment set out in the contract; or you do not, the solution is delivered and deployed, and you subscribe to and pay those services directly with the providers. In both cases the amounts are estimated before work starts.
